In this location, JOMA has built the first building in a proposed small, neighborhood-friendly business park bordering a residential area. The complex is aimed at low traffic businesses with moderate to large space requirements up to 5,000 square feet and which can operate effectively outside of the central business district.

The first building was completed in November 2008 – for FedEx who had moved their BVI operations to this location.

Simple yet efficient in design and construction, the FedEx building sets a new standard for mid-level commercial business space in the BVI.
