Chief Executive Officer
Colin O’Neal leads all divisions of operations, business development and construction as Chief Executive Officer of JOMA. O’Neal has served in this capacity for over fifteen years and continues to develop and grow in the property development and real estate industry. As CEO of one of the British Virgin Islands premier property development companies, he holds strategic roles influencing JOMA (Properties) Ltd.’s growth and leadership.
Prior to taking up the mantle of the family owned business, he founded and practiced in the law firm of O’Neal Webster for approximately twenty years. He practiced as an advocate in the High Court and Court of Appeal in major civil and criminal cases. Later his practice focused on representing public and private commercial clients in a wide range of transactional and regulatory work while managing the law firm.
Besides his legal and business careers, he has had an extensive involvement in public service including appointments as a Magistrate, President of the BVI Bar Association, Chairman of the Public Service Commission, member of the Judicial and Legal Services Commission, Chairman of the Recreation Trust, Deputy Chairman of the Financial Services Commission among several other appointments.
