Fayola Wilson-Creque

Fayola Wilson-Creque is the Chief Operating Officer of JOMA (Properties) Ltd. She joined JOMA in 2003. She attended the University of the West Indies where she graduated with a BSc in Economics (Honors) in 1996. After graduation she was employed as a strategic analyst and subsequently became a part of the management team at one of the premier property development/management firms in Trinidad & Tobago, working there for five years and was involved in the development and management of high-end multi-story condominiums, villas, single family homes, multistory office buildings, and a shopping mall.

She is experienced in dealing with various aspects of new property development initiatives in particular development pro forma modeling and project budgeting. Fayola is also an experienced Property Manager and is knowledgeable in property budgeting, administration, leasing and maintenance for a range of commercial and residential property types.
